Gallery Photos

Some photos of the work in the show, including work of a couple of the other artist's work. The show is a mix of widely different styles, from painting to photography to illustration to found art. Turn out for the reception was great. Lots of people, positive response, and good times. Unfortunately I didn't take any photos from the reception (d'oh!).

Tightrope Walker

A couple more illustrations from my Tightrope Walker story.

"Men who loved her dainty feet often wrote letters asking for a pair of her shoes-- as a souvenir."

"Summers were spent performing around the world; the rest of the year was spent practicing."

Hansel and Gretel

A couple of pieces from my illustrated version of Hansel and Gretel.

"Who is nibbling at my house?"

A digital collage of Hansel in the cage hanging from the ceiling and the Witch is checking his finger to see if he's fattening up. Created with my original pen illustration, photographs, and Photoshop CS.
